Version  2.2.2  of  My Diet Wiz Standard edition  has been released. This is a minor update to the program which includes changes to display settings, improved report printing and other minor improvements and changes.

My Diet Wiz is a great tool for getting educated about how many calories and nutrients are in different foods and how much you need to eat to lose weight. You will be amazed how many calories are in some of your favorite foods.

Counting Calories:

 

A lot of people go on diets of one sort or another, but are not successful at losing weight or keeping the weight off. One of the main reasons for this is that a lot of diets focus on the type of food consumed but sidestep total calorie consumption.
